Krx Microneedling Photo Pen is a cordless electric derma pen that pairs motorised microneedling with seven LED photon light modes. Built for professional treatment work across the face and body, it supports serum infusion and skin renewal protocols, and arrives in a lockable brushed aluminium case.

Needle depth adjusts from 0.25mm to 2.00mm by turning the dial ring, so one handpiece covers everything from surface-level product infusion to deeper treatment passes. A short press of the power button cycles the motor speeds, shown by the indicator light, and the screw-in cartridge system twists out for quick, hygienic changes between clients. Shorter needle settings (0.25–0.50mm) are worked in circular passes, while 1.00mm and above are applied with a stamping technique, following the included instructions.

Each LED photon mode runs at its own wavelength: red 650–730nm, green 430–450nm, blue 525–550nm, yellow 565–570nm, purple 380–440nm, clear blue 460–495nm, plus a soft white light. A separate colour button moves between modes during treatment, so light therapy can be matched to the concern being treated without changing handpieces.

The rechargeable battery reaches a full charge in around two hours, and at 102g and 17cm long the body stays comfortable through longer sessions.
