- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 1:00 pm (GMT) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.
- You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping (UK): Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days. A flat rate of £3.99 applies for all standard shipping orders.
- Express Shipping (UK): Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days. A flat rate of £4.99 applies.
- International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries with an international shipping rate of £28.00. Delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors, such as customs delays or carrier restrictions.
3. Important Notice for International Orders
Please bear in mind that we may not be able to ship your order internationally if there is an exclusive distributorship in your country. We recommend checking our website or contacting customer service to confirm international availability for your region before placing your order.

You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier’s website, (Please note, if the order shows delivered and the proof of delivery is your house address we are not reasonable

- If the tracking information and photo proof indicate that the order was delivered correctly, but you are unable to locate your package, we are not liable for loss, theft, or misplacement after delivery.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and that the parcel can be safely received at that location.

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, there may be occasional delays due to factors beyond our control (such as weather events or carrier issues).
