Returns



Eligibility for Returns:


  • Items are eligible for return within 14 days from the date of receipt if they are in the same condition as when received—unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • For defective items, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Beyond this timeframe, returns are not accepted.



Return Process:

  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Our team will assist you with the return process and issue a return authorization if the item meets our return criteria.



Shipping Costs:


  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.



Refund Processing:


  • Upon receiving the returned item, we will verify its condition before processing the refund.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase.
  • Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Refund Exceptions:

  • If a cancellation or return is requested due to a change of mind or any reason not related to Seoulogy’s error, any non-refundable payment processing fees will be deducted from the refund.
  • For orders placed via Klarna, any Klarna cancellation or processing fees applied will not be refunded in the event of a customer-initiated cancellation or return.
