To use our Site and services, you must be a qualified skincare professional. A minimum of Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in aesthetics, beauty therapy, or a related field is required.
By using this Site, you confirm that you hold the necessary professional credentials to purchase and administer professional skincare products. If you are purchasing chemical peels or advanced aesthetic treatments, you must also hold the relevant certification for those specific procedures.
Seoulogy reserves the right to request proof of qualification or certification at any time before processing or fulfilling an order.
2.2 Permitted Use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Site.

3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Seoulogy immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
3.3 Account Activation Requirement
For all new professional accounts created from 20 October 2025, an introductory call is required before activation.
During this call, we will outline opening order requirements, brand standards, and professional guidelines.

A minimum opening order of £500 applies to all new professional accounts.

Orders below this value will be cancelled, and a cancellation fee will apply.

This opening order value applies only to your first purchase. There is no minimum order requirement for future orders once your account is active.
Failure to complete the introductory call or meet the opening order requirement will result in the account remaining inactive until all conditions are met.
4. Products and Services
4.1 Product Descriptions
Seoulogy strives to ensure accuracy in all product information; however, we do not guarantee that descriptions or other content are error-free, complete, or current.
4.2 Pricing and Availability
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or services at any time.
4.3 Order Acceptance and Cancellation
Seoulogy reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, including where:

Orders fall below the £500 opening order requirement for new accounts.

Products are being purchased for resale without authorization.

Pricing errors or fraudulent activity are detected.
If your order is cancelled due to non-compliance with Seoulogy’s policies, a cancellation fee may apply.
5. Payments
All payments must be made via secure payment options provided on our Site. By providing payment details, you authorize Seoulogy to charge the full order value. Transactions may be subject to additional third-party payment processor terms.
6. Professional Pricing & Minimum Treatment Standards
Seoulogy supplies only to licensed professionals and clinics that maintain our premium pricing structure.

Professionals must follow Seoulogy’s minimum treatment pricing policy, as outlined in the Seoulogy Premium Pricing Policy (Strict Clinical Tier).

Clinics advertising or performing treatments below the minimum RRP risk account suspension and loss of supplier access.

Pricing standards protect the integrity of Seoulogy brands, ensure fair competition, and maintain professional margins.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, materials, trademarks, and brand assets displayed on the Site are the property of Seoulogy or its licensors.
You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or modify any materials without written authorization from Seoulogy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seoulogy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Site, services, or products.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
All products and services are provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind. Seoulogy makes no guarantee that the Site or products will meet your expectations or be error-free.

11. Authorized Training and Distribution
Seoulogy holds exclusive UK distribution and training rights for all brands and products offered on this Site and through official sales channels.

No third party, distributor, reseller, or individual may offer, advertise, promote, or conduct training (online or in person) involving Seoulogy’s products or brands without written authorization.

Only Seoulogy and its officially approved representatives may provide certification and professional training for the brands we distribute.
